Reptor is a reputation monitoring platform from Amsterdam. It shows how a company, brand or person appears in Google, in AI search engines such as ChatGPT, Gemini, Perplexity, Claude and Copilot, and in reviews, news media and social media, and brings all of it together in one dashboard.
What sets Reptor apart is that it does not stop at counting mentions. Every mention is scored for sentiment and relevance, so it becomes clear what is actually being said rather than how much has been written, and irrelevant hits are filtered out. For AI search it records not only whether a name is mentioned, but in what context and alongside whom, with position tracking over time and alerts when something changes. Position charts, sentiment overviews and alert summaries can be exported to PDF, and automated executive reports can be sent to stakeholders by email.
Monitoring is set per combination of country and language, for example the Netherlands in Dutch, because search results and AI answers differ per country and language. The interface is available in English and Dutch, and the platform is hosted in the EU.
Typical users are communications and marketing teams that need to know what is being said about their organisation before someone else tells them, and reputation advisers who need documentation of harmful content.
Reptor was founded in 2025 and is part of MediaMaze, active in online reputation management since 2012. Essential starts at EUR 129 per month for one entity, Professional at EUR 299 per month for two related entities, and Enterprise is available on request for three or more entities with competitor benchmarking and API access. Every plan includes a seven-day free trial and has no minimum term.
